Refund Policy

Because every consultation involves personally dedicated time and preparation, our policy is simple and stated clearly before you pay.

Consultations

Consultation fees, once paid, are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your slot and we will move your session to another mutually convenient time at no extra cost. A missed session without prior notice is treated as completed.

If we cannot deliver

If a consultation cannot be conducted from our side and no alternative date works for you, the amount paid for that specific session is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Duplicate or failed payments

Any duplicate payment, or an amount debited without a booking being confirmed, is refunded in full. Write to us with the payment reference and the refund is initiated within 5–7 working days.

How to raise a request

Email astroandveda@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-92177 94514 with your name, payment reference and the date of the session. We respond within 24 hours.
