By using this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation offered by Astro and Veda (Acharya Ashok Sharma), you agree to the terms below.

Nature of our services

Consultations are based on the principles of Vedic Jyotish. Guidance is offered in good faith and with sincere effort, but it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychiatric or financial advice. No specific outcome or result is promised or guaranteed. Decisions you take after a consultation remain entirely your own responsibility.

Eligibility

Services are intended for persons aged 18 and above. Minors may be discussed only by a parent or guardian.

Consultations

Consultations are conducted by phone or video call at a mutually confirmed time. Accurate birth details are required; guidance based on incorrect details cannot be held against us. Please request any rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled time on WhatsApp. Recording of a consultation without prior consent is not permitted.

Payments and conduct

Consultation fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once the session is confirmed. Respectful conduct towards the Acharya is expected in every session.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images and design — belongs to Astro and Veda and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Schedule changes

In rare circumstances a session may need to be rescheduled. In such a case an alternative date is arranged, or the recording is made available, at no additional cost.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
